Member Bio: (IHA Member Bio is added by the member, and not verified by the IHA.)

My story began with a lifelong passion for learning and discovery. From an early age, I was drawn to school, not just to succeed, but to understand. Curiosity led me through books, films, games, and ideas that shaped how I saw the world and the people in it. Learning became more than an activity; it became a way of living.

That curiosity evolved into service. A love for history and philosophy brought me into the classroom as a secondary educator. A desire to help in moments of urgency led me to train and work as an EMT. Later, I found myself supporting individuals and families as an ABA Therapist (RBT). Along the way, I worked many roles—some humble, some demanding—but each one taught me something essential about people, resilience, and care.

Today, my path continues through fitness, nutrition, and holistic healing. I believe true well-being is not one-dimensional, but physical, mental, and spiritual. Everything I’ve done has been preparation for this work: helping others grow stronger, more aware, and more whole.
