Hi, I’m Andrea – a hypnotherapist, and future life coach dedicated to holistic well-being and personal transformation.
With a deep, lifelong connection to holistic practices, I specialize in helping people heal emotional blocks, overcome limiting beliefs, and discover their full potential. My work is rooted in intuitive insight and evidence-based techniques including hypnotherapy, hypnotic regression, Future Life Progression/ Visioning (FLP), NLP, breathwork, guided meditation, mindfulness, emotional healing, positive psychology and other energy healing techniques like Reiki and channeled energy chakra and aura healing. After overcoming bullying, emotional challenges, and a life-threatening autoimmune condition, I transformed my pain into purpose. Today, I support clients globally through 1:1 sessions, custom meditations, workshops, and speaking engagements.
I also work with my clients to design wellness experiences that support stress reduction, emotional resilience, and mental clarity.
