Ginta Elsone

I discovered hypnotherapy through my own experience of overcoming a long-standing fear of driving. Experiencing such a meaningful change inspired me to understand the mind more deeply and ultimately to help others create positive change in their own lives.

I trained in advanced hypnotherapy and coaching through UK Hypnosis Academy, Mike Mandel Hypnosis Academy, Andrew Parr’s Practitioner Academy and continued developing my knowledge through further professional training in hypnosis, therapeutic approaches and trauma-informed practice with Janine Fisher.

As a qualified hypnotherapist, mind coach and Registered General Nurse, I bring together professional experience, empathy and a deep respect for each person’s individual story. My approach is gentle, collaborative and trauma-informed, with particular interest in helping people affected by difficult past experiences, emotional wounds, anxiety, fears, low self-confidence and limiting beliefs.

I believe that people often carry far more inner strength and capacity for change than they realise. My role is to help them access those resources in a safe and supportive way, so they can move forward with greater freedom, confidence and self-belief.
