At the organizational level, he designs and facilitates structured programs focused on stress management, nervous system education, mindful leadership, and integrative workplace wellbeing strategies.
He offers private sessions, professional training programs, and corporate workshops, both in-person in Chile and online internationally.
His mission is to promote psychological flexibility, emotional balance, and sustainable self-regulation through integrative mind-body approaches.
