I work as a life coach and hypnotist with professionals and individuals who seek clarity, alignment, and conscious change — not motivation or quick fixes.
My work focuses on helping people understand how internal patterns, language, and decision-making processes influence their experience of work, identity, and well-being. Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming are used as precise tools to support reflection, integration, and access to internal resources — always within a structured and ethical framework.
I began studying Ericksonian Hypnosis and NLP in 2014, initially through self-directed study and later through professional training. Over time, this work evolved from a personal interest into a disciplined practice centered on clarity, responsibility, and coherence between intention and action.
Before working as a coach and hypnotist, I built a long professional career in the IT industry, in complex and regulated environments. This background strongly shapes how I work today: I value structure, respect constraints, and focus on practical outcomes rather than abstract ideals.
My approach is grounded, conversational, and client-centered. I do not impose goals or interpretations. I provide a clear space where people can think, decide, and act with greater awareness.
