If you have not already taken a course for NLP, you can find one on the IHA Approved Course List and start your journey to a new mindset. 

The International Hypnosis Association

The International Hypnosis Association is an independent credentialing body focused on promoting the effective and ethical use of hypnotherapy and NLP around the world.

All IHA Certified Members and IHA Approved Courses have agreed to abide by our "Code of Ethics & Conduct" and have met our high standards for comprehensive hypnotherapy and NLP education.

There are three simple ways to get certified as an NLP Practitioner/Master Practitioner OR Hypnotherapist by the IHA.

  • Take an existing IHA Approved Course.  When you complete an IHA Approved Course, you will automatically qualify for membership and certification.  Simply let us know when you have completed the course and send us proof, which can be as simple as snapping a picture of your course certificate with your phone.
  • If you've taken a course that has not yet been approved by the IHA, simply send us your credentials. We will follow up and request a bit more information.  The application process is still very simple, and can be easily accomplished via email.
  •  We offer reciprocal certification with several other certifying bodies, so if you have belonged to another hypnosis or NLP certifying body, you can apply for reciprocal certification by sending us copies of those credentials.
