Lynn Demers

Lynn Demers is an internationally certified Havening Techniques® Trainer and Practitioner based in Canada. She trained directly with the founders, Drs. Ronald and Steven Ruden, and has been practicing Havening since 2015.

With more than three decades as a professional sculptor, Lynn approaches emotional healing with patience, precision, and care. Her work integrates Havening Techniques® with clinical hypnosis to support nervous system regulation, trauma resolution, and lasting personal change.

Lynn is known for creating a calm, steady container where clients can explore meaningful change at a pace that allows the work to integrate naturally. She also mentors practitioners worldwide through one-to-one Havening certification training.
