From a young age, I've been driven by a passion to help others discover their true selves and take control of their lives. This drive led me to become a yoga instructor in 2015 and start teaching meditation and mindfulness techniques to people. I felt a deep sense of satisfaction as I watched people improve their lives and well-being through these practices.
In 2018 and 2019, I directed a community project, where I taught hundreds of people the same techniques that I had been using for years. I continued my work as a coach and meditation and mindfulness teacher, but I was hungry for more knowledge and ways to help people.
In 2020, I began my University Degree in Biomedical Sciences, and that was when I discovered neuroscience and the immense possibilities it presented for mental health. I was intrigued and inspired by the latest scientific knowledge and how it could be applied to improve mental health. This led me to study with Marisa Peer and other teachers to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy® Practitioner.
Shortly after my training, I was accepted to the International Hypnosis Association, and more recently, I have collaborated as an Assistant Researcher in Systematic Review to assert the effectiveness of Hypnotherapy in the treatment of Chronic Pelvic Pain.
In my practice, I combine the latest scientific knowledge, my extensive knowledge of human biology, and my experience and training as a Clinical Hypnotherapist to help change my clients' lives every day. It brings me a great sense of satisfaction and fulfillment to be able to help people overcome their mental health challenges, and I am continually learning and growing in my field.
Becoming a hypnotherapist has been a journey of passion, learning, and growth, and I am excited about what the future holds. I believe that the mind has immense power and that by harnessing it, we can overcome any challenge and lead fulfilling lives.
